2. Registration and Account

To place orders, users must register by providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Geformas is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.

3. Purchase Process

  • Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
  • The purchase will be processed upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
  • Custom products (such as prints and designs) require final artwork validation by the client before entering production.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and authorized electronic payment platforms. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production time varies depending on the type of product and volume requested.
  • Delivery times begin upon confirmation of artwork and receipt of payment.
  • Shipments are made via specialized courier services. Geformas is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (courier services or customs).

6. Review and Approval of Artwork

It is the client's responsibility to review and approve files submitted for printing. Geformas is not responsible for content or design errors once approved.

7. Returns and Claims

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
  • Claims will only be accepted within 3 business days of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the damage or error.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Geformas or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Protection of Personal Data

Geformas protects its clients' personal data in accordance with current legislation. See our Privacy Notice for more information.

10. Modifications

Geformas may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on the website and will become effective upon posting.

11. Applicable Legislation

This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
