PVC ID Badge Database Template

This template will allow you to organize the information for printing your ID badges and can serve as a guide to determine the data that you must include in your credentials.

We include 7 additional fields. Depending on your needs, you can include / reduce the number of fields and name them with the variable you require.

We recommend that you take your photographs on a white background. The only requirement is that the camera has a resolution higher than 1.5 megapixels. Photos must be in JPG format.

You could also send us a separate file to this Excel template with the photographs, but it is important that you identify each image with the name and surname of the person. Eg Victor_Trevino_Gonzalez.jpg

If the file is very large, you can compress it using WIN-ZIP or WINRAR.

The employee number, payroll, reference or barcode with which you identify the person and that you want to include in your identification credentials.
