Staffing is a costly process that takes time and effort.

Don't think that a high staff turnover is an isolated problem for some companies. It is quite common. In Mexico, for example, it reaches 18% and this figure is the highest in Latin America. It would be very interesting to have detailed figures of the turnover according to the dedication or the branch to which each company is linked because there are industries with a lower permanence than others depending on the activity they develop.
